Sad News, Former Indonesian Ambassador to the UN Nugroho Wisnumurti Passed Away

 Former Indonesian Ambassador/Permanent Representative to the United Nations and Director General of Politics of the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nugroho Wisnumurti, passed away on Thursday (8/6) at 00.00 am.

The deceased breathed his last at the age of 83.

According to information received by the coil, this senior Indonesian diplomat died at his private residence in Pondok Kelapa, East Jakarta.

The deceased will then be buried at Mangunarsan Big Family Cemetery, Balerejo, Kebon Sari, Madiun. It is not yet known what the cause of death was and when the deceased will be buried.

The sad news was confirmed by Indonesian Foreign Ministry spokesman Teuku Faizasyah. "That's right," Faizasyah said briefly, when contacted by the coil on the same day.

Short Biography

Nugroho Wisnumurti was born on March 23, 1940 in Madiun. He has a strong legal background.

Previously, he studied at the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia in 1965 and obtained a Master of Laws degree there.
